Eight Various Sized Historic Cottages Are Available:

The following are descriptions of the cottages and their rates:

"Whispering Sands" Studio Cottage (#252 1/2):
Queen bed, sleep sofa (for 1 person), full eat-in kitchen, private garden patio, one large bathroom with stall shower and dressing table.
Early Summer Rates (May 27th-June 30): $169/nightly.  
Summer/Holidays (July 1 - September 15): $199/nightly.
Winter rates (September 16-May 22): $144/nightly.  Stays 5 days or longer $137/nightly or $959.00/weekly. Price is for up to 3 guests.

"Sea Gate" Studio Cottage (#242):
1-Bath, queen bed, queen sleep sofa, kitchen, fireplace, one bathroom with stall shower.  Front porch area / Shares common garden area and patios.
Early Summer Rates (May 27-June 30): $169/nightly.
Summer/Holidays (July 1 - September 15): $199/nightly.
Winter rates (September 16-May 22): $144/nightly. Stays 5 days or longer $137/nightly, $959/weekly. Price is for up to 4 guests.

"Beach Haven" Studio Cottage (#236):
1-Bath, mini-fridge/microwave/coffeemaker/toaster (no full kitchen), choice of 1 king bed or 2 twin beds, one bathroom with stall shower. Seasonal "Summer House" (Mini-Cottage with Daybed).  
Early Summer Rates (May 27-June 30): $169/nightly.
Summer/Holidays (July 1 - September 15): $189/nightly.
Winter rates (September 16-May 22): $144/nightly.  Stays 5 days or longer $137/nightly, $959/weekly. Price is for up to 2 guests.

"Sea Bright" Cottage (#244): 1-Bedroom, 1-Bath cottage, queen bed, queen sleep sofa, kitchen, fireplace, hardwood floors, one bathroom with stall shower.  Front porch / grill and patio set for your private use / Shares common garden area and patios.
Early Summer Rates (May 27-June 30): $199/nightly.
Summer/Holidays (July 1 - September 15): $249/nightly.
Winter rates (September 16-May 22): $175/nightly. 5 nights or more $165/nightly, $1155/weekly. Price is for up to 4 guests.

"Wisteria" Cottage (#248):  1-Bedroom, 1-Bath cottage, queen bed, queen sleep sofa, kitchen, one bathroom with stall shower.  Hardwood floors / Fireplace / Open-beamed redwood ceiling / Private balcony off kitchen / Shares common garden area and patios.
Early Summer Rates (May 27-June 30): $199/nightly.
Summer/Holidays (July 1 - September 15): $249/nightly.
Winter rates (September 16-May 22): $175/nightly. 5 nights or more $165/nightly, $1155/weekly. Price is for up to 4 guests.

"La Jolla Haven" Cottage (#240): 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage, king bed, queen bed, queen sleep sofa, eat-in kitchen, one bathroom with tub and shower.  Living room with separate dining area and dining table for 6 / Hardwood floors / Fireplace / Front porch / Enclosed patio yard with grill and patio set for private use. Early Summer Rates (May 27-June 30): $279.00/nightly.
Summer/Holidays (July 1 - September 15): $329/nightly.
Winter rates (September 16-May 22): $229/nightly; 5 nights or more $219/nightly,  $1533/weekly. Price is for up to 6 guests.

"Hidden Haven" Cottage (#238):  2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage, king bed, queen bed, queen sleep sofa, kitchen, two en suite bathrooms with stall showers.  Dining area with table for  / Enclosed courtyard patio yard with grill and patio set for your private use.
Early Summer Rates (May 27-June 30): $279.00/nightly.
Summer/Holidays (July 1 - September 15): $329/nightly.
Winter rates (September 16-May 22): $229/nightly; 5 nights or more $219/nightly,  $1533/weekly. Price is for up to 6 guests.

"Ocean Ridge" Cottage (#250):  2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage, king bed, queen bed, queen sleep sofa, kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a stall shower.  Front porch / Enclosed yard with grill and patio set for your private use.
Early Summer Rates (May 27-June 30): $279.00/nightly.
Summer/Holidays (July 1 - September 15): $329/nightly.
Winter rates (September 16-May 22): $229/nightly; 5 nights or more $219/nightly,  $1533/weekly. Price is for up to 6 guests.

Rates are available on request by e-mailing us at LeJolla@AOL.com, or by calling us at (858) 459-8747.  You may also obtain rate information on our page at VacationHomes.Com.  Please inquire about monthly rates.  Hotel tax is 10.5%.  To confirm a reservation, we require a booking deposit of 25% of the full cost of accommodations, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.  We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.  We also require a refundable security deposit, which may be waived if payment is made by credit card.

All cottages have fully equipped kitchens (with the exception of one studio cottage, which has a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster).  Dishes, utensils and cookware are included.  The cottages are "self-catering", with a supply of fresh linens provided at arrival.  There are two coin-operated laundry rooms on the property.  Maid service is available for an additional fee and smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.  

Rates: Subject to change and based upon availability.  Nightly rates are based on a two-night minimum-stay during winter season and a three-night minimum stay during summer season. 

Check-In Time:  4:00PM / Check-Out Time:  10:30AM.  Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible in some cases, only by prior arrangement.  Additional fees may apply.  Please ask in advance.

Pets: We do not accept pets.

Free Wireless Internet Access:  Free individual Wi-Fi and cable connections available for each cottage. We also have DVD players in each cottage.  Please inquire about connection instructions.  Due to the configuration of the surrounding buildings the signal may not reach all of the cottages.  However, we have provided a sofa near our office where the signal is strong.

Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations are subject to a minimum $20.00 handling fee.  The booking deposit may be refunded upon cancellation, minus the $20.00 handling fee if notice of cancellation is received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.  With fewer than thirty days' notice, there will be no refunds unless the cottage can be re-rented.
