Reservation Policy

Rates are available on request by e-mailing us at redwoodhollowcottages@gmail.com, or by calling us at (858) 459-8747.

Please call to confirm a reservation.  A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full cost of your reservation is required is required upon booking, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

All cottages have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, utensils, a coffee maker and cookware.  WI-FI is provided at no additional charge. The cottages are "self-catering," with a supply of fresh linens provided at arrival. There are two coin-operated laundry rooms on the property. Maid service is available for an additional fee and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

  • Rates: Subject to change and based upon availability.  Nightly rates are based on a two-night minimum-stay during Spring and Winter season and a four-night minimum stay during Summer season.  Please inquire about monthly rates.  Hotel tax is 10.5%.
     
  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PMCheck-Out Time: 10:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible in some cases, only by prior arrangement.  Additional fees may apply if you have not been approved for a late departure.  Please ask at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refundable Damage Deposit:  For Redwood Cottages, a $500 Refundable Damage Deposit is required at time of check-in.   Please be prepared to provide your ID and a credit card to the front desk.   This is a HOLD to your credit card only, not a charge.     For our home on Monte Vista the Damage Deposit required is $1,000.   For our home on La Jolla Scenic Dr the Damage Deposit required is $1,500.
